Ingredients
| Kharak (dates) | 1kg |
| Milk | 2 and half litre |
| Mawa | 250gms |
| Rawa | 100gms |
| Sugar | as required |
| Ghee | as required |
Method
Soak kharak(dates) in water for 3-4 hours. Grind kharak(dates). Boil milk and kharak along with its water. When water evaporates add mawa and sugar. Roast rawa in little ghee add it to above mixture. Add sufficient quantity of ghee and sauté well till ghee oozes out.
