Ingredients
| Chicken | 1 kg |
| Green chillies | 8/100gms |
| Ginger garlic paste | 1tbsp |
| Chili sauce | 2tbsp |
| Tomato sauce | 2tbsp |
| Oil | 3tbsp |
| Salt | To taste |
Method
Wash and cut chicken into pieces and boil it with green masala paste and 2 cups water. When tender remove the stock and keep aside.Heat a piece of charcoal and place it on chicken. Pour 1tbsp oil and close the lid immediately. Heat the remaining oil and fry the powdered cashew nut till golden brown. Add the sauces, salt and the stock. Let it simmer then add the chicken. Remove the charcoal. Cook for few minutes and serve hot with chapattis.
